When you or one of your customers has had a few too many drinks – or any drinks at all – getting behind the wheel of a car is never a good idea. If ever you are unable to safely drive home or you have a friend or customer that you feel shouldn't drive then we are happy to be able to help ensure that they get home safely.
Using our Free Ride Back program you, your staff or your customers can easily phone us to provide them with safe, prompt and reliable transportation back home. The next morning we’ll then provide the customer with a completely complimentary return trip back to pick up their vehicle.

Our Free Ride Back program rewards you or your customers for making the right choice to not drink and drive. At the same time this program also helps to limit any legal liabilities that the drinking establishment might face when a customer has had too much to drink.

When you call please be sure to mention that you or the passenger will be using our Free Ride Back program to our customer service representatives. We'll be sure to enter in the Free Ride Back information into our dispatch system and everything will be in place for you to call the following day for your free ride back to safely retrieve your car.

The Proverbial Fine Print
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you but we do have a couple of small requirements that must be met in order to be eligible for the FREE RIDE BACK program. Those eligibility requirements are as follows:
- The passenger using this program is responsible for paying the regular, metered taxi rate for their initial trip home.
- When calling in for initial service the passenger must indicate that they will be using the FREE RIDE BACK program. The Yellow Cab Driver will provide the passenger with a Trip ID number. This Trip ID number will be required to utilize the free return trip back the next day, to safely retrieve their vehicle.
- When calling for the free return service the following day please be sure to indicate that you will be using the FREE RIDE BACK program and provide the Trip ID number.
In certain circumstances we may be able to assist you in retrieving a Trip ID number for you. If you were not issued a number when you initially called for service we'll certainly try to make every effort to retrieve this information for you. Additionally, in the event that the passenger may have failed to meet these initial requirements we will make every effort to retrieve the required Trip ID for them. In many cases we may be able to research the information and still offer the free return ride, however, without the required information we may be unable to do so.
