Automated Call Taker [ACT]

This convenient service allows your staff to have a cab automatically dispatched without ever calling into our general phone center. Using any touch-tone phone you and your staff may call our Automated Dispatch System phone number and automatically request that a taxi be dispatched to your business. We will create a simple account number and password (typically based on your street address making it very easy to remember) for you to use during the call. All calls made through our Automated Dispatch Program are assigned high-priority status.

There are absolutely no fees or service charges to use this system and you may use it as little or as frequently as you’d like. You are under no obligation to use this system and we are simply offering it as a convenience to you as a way to show our appreciation for your time and business.

Your staff is also able to use this same system to check on the status of a cab or use it to cancel an existing request for a taxi. In using this automated dispatch system we are providing you with the ability to request transportation as you need them and our taxis will be sent out immediately upon your request. It is important to note that should your request for a taxi no longer be necessary we do ask that you use the same automated dispatch system to cancel your request.

Our Automated Call Taker [ACT] Taxi Dispatch System is also very customizable and we are easily able to create separate user accounts, additional pick-up locations [should your establishment have multiple entrances] and additional password requirements.

Our Automated Call Taker [ACT] Taxi Dispatch Program is provided to you at no cost and is available for use 24-hours per day.
